Marketing Manager

The Role

This is a senior management position responsible for overseeing the client’s marketing function from strategy through execution and results. The role will manage marketing strategy, budgets, team performance, social media, graphic design, and recruitment outreach, with a strong focus on generating quality and sufficient student and candidate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the overall marketing strategy and annual plan covering courses, examinations, translation services, and international placement.

• Lead, support, and develop teams responsible for social media, graphic design, and recruitment outreach.

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

• Manage the marketing budget and ensure campaigns deliver against agreed targets.

• Lead field outreach activities targeting relevant institutions and professional networks in collaboration with the recruitment team.

• Develop and manage a structured lead pipeline from the initial enquiry through enrolment or placement.

• Monitor key metrics such as cost per lead and conversion rates.

• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all branches and marketing channels.

• Prepare monthly performance reports for the Managing Director, highlighting results against set targets.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a marketing management position with responsibility for leading a team.

• Demonstrated experience managing online campaigns, including budgets, targets, and measurable results.

• Experience in the education or recruitment sector.

• Ability to work comfortably with data, including advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.

Nice to Have

• Additional language skills relevant to the client’s international operations.

• Experience working with international or migration-related programmes.
