Overall Responsibility
The officer will be key in promoting the hospital's services, improving its brand image, and connecting with the community.
The best person for this role should have a solid background in marketing, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed marketing plans and strategies to boost the hospital's services.

- Determine which groups and areas to focus on for different healthcare services.

- Run awareness campaigns using various channels like digital, print, social media, and events.

- Write engaging and useful content for marketing materials such as brochures, social media, and newsletters.

- Handle and keep the hospital's social media accounts up to date, including creating content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.

- Keep an eye on social media trends and suggest ways to boost engagement and follower numbers.

- Build and maintain connections with community groups, healthcare professionals, and local businesses to support the hospital's services.

- Plan and take part in community events and health fairs.

- Set up and improve online ad campaigns to increase the hospital's visibility online.

- Do market research to find out industry trends, what competitors are doing, and new opportunities for growth.

- Review and report on how effective marketing efforts are, and offer suggestions for improvement.

- Collect and assess patient feedback to make smart marketing choices and enhance patient satisfaction.


Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in marketing, especially in the healthcare field.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

- Skilled in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh and innovative marketing ideas.

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
