Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement marketing and public relations strategies that strengthen brand visibility and encourage patient engagement.
Coordinate media engagement, public relations activities, and corporate communication initiatives.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with stakeholders in the healthcare, business, and media industries.
Develop and manage digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns, to increase audience reach and engagement.
Contribute to corporate and institutional marketing programs and initiatives.
Represent the Centre at appropriate professional, corporate, industry, and community events.
Identify and pursue opportunities that enhance the Centre’s reputation and market presence across Kenya and the broader East African region.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least three years of relevant experience in marketing and/or public relations; experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or another regulated sector is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to develop and maintain professional networks and strategic relationships.
Good knowledge of Kenya’s media landscape and business environment.
Highly organized, self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing several projects simultaneously.
Established professional networks across the healthcare, corporate, and media sectors.
