Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties for marketing and promotional purposes.

• Produce reels, short-form videos, graphics and other engaging digital materials.

• Oversee and organize visual content published across social media, websites and property listing platforms.

• Generate fresh creative concepts and develop campaigns that strengthen the brand’s visual presence.

• Prepare media kits, presentations and other visual materials to support the sales team.

• Assist with drone shoots, virtual property tours and high-end property photography projects.

• Photograph corporate events and create event highlight videos and related visual content.

• Ensure all photographs, videos, graphics and other creative materials consistently follow established brand standards.

• Monitor content results by tracking reach, engagement, performance and overall effectiveness.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in photography, videography, video editing and digital content production.

• Strong graphic design abilities combined with effective visual storytelling skills.

• Experience producing content specifically for Instagram, TikTok, Reels and other digital platforms.

• Ability to manage the entire creative process independently, from planning and shooting through editing and final delivery.

• Creative and forward-thinking, with a good understanding of current visual and social media trends.

• Previous experience in real estate, property, lifestyle or luxury brands will be an added advantage.

• Experience with drone photography or videography is desirable.
