Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) with a valid practicing license issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
At least five years of hands-on clinical nursing experience in operating room nursing within an acute care hospital.
Extensive knowledge and practical expertise in operating theatre nursing.
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
