About the Opportunity

• CarePoint Medical Staffing is recruiting qualified Kenyan Registered Nurses for direct, full-time employment with  healthcare employers. Selected candidates will interview with participating employers and receive recruitment, immigration, relocation, and onboarding guidance.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Registered Nurse with recognized nursing education and current professional registration/licensure.

• Passed the NCLEX-RN examination (mandatory).

• Completed IELTS with results meeting the applicable  healthcare credentialing and immigration requirements (mandatory); an overall band score or general “pass” alone does not establish eligibility.

• Relevant clinical nursing experience and ability to meet employer and applicable  licensure requirements.

• Willingness and eligibility to relocate .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care; assess and monitor patients; administer prescribed treatments and medications; maintain accurate clinical records; and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams in accordance with employer policies and  nursing standards.
