ROLE SUMMARY
To lead daily operations, provide clinical guidance, and coordinate nursing services to ensure safe, timely, patient-focused, compliant, and cost-effective nursing care.
This role also supports improving patient experience, quality of care, staff skills, and maintaining a stable nursing workforce.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Hold a valid license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
Possess Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Have at least five years of nursing experience, with two years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Demonstrate professional ethics, confidentiality, and accountability.
