Role Summary
Provide strategic direction and overall leadership for nursing services to ensure the delivery of safe, patient-centered, and high-quality care while advancing Plainsview Hospital's strategic goals in workforce excellence, patient satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and financial sustainability.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
MBA in Healthcare Management, Strategic Management, Leadership, or a related field (mandatory).
Registered Nurse with a valid practicing license issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
Minimum of seven years' nursing experience, including at least three years in a leadership or management position.
Strong knowledge of Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, SafeCare standards, and clinical governance frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary healthcare teams effectively.
Practical experience in ICU, Maternity, and Theatre services.
