Role Overview

The Virtual Nurse Customer Care Manager will play a key role in supporting a growing U.S.-based Home Healthcare team. The position involves coordinating healthcare operations and ensuring patients, families, caregivers and clinical staff remain connected and supported throughout the care process.

The successful candidate will help coordinate care services, manage caregiver schedules, support patients and families, and contribute to delivering a high-quality healthcare experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Home Care, Home Health, Healthcare Coordination or Healthcare Operations.

• RN, LPN, EMT or equivalent healthcare certification.

• Advanced English communication skills.

• Experience working with patients, families, caregivers and healthcare professionals.

• Strong scheduling, multitasking and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Home Care Scheduling.

• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.

• Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate healthcare and home care services to support patients effectively.

• Manage caregiver schedules and help ensure appropriate care coverage.

• Support patients and their families throughout the care process.

• Maintain communication with caregivers and clinical staff.

• Help coordinate healthcare operations behind the scenes to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Provide customer care and support to patients, families and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to maintaining a high-quality healthcare experience for patients.
