We are recruiting on behalf of a client in the Insurance and Financial Services sector for a highly organized, customer-oriented, and results-driven Office Administrator / Business Development Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for both supporting day-to-day office administration and actively contributing to business growth through client engagement, lead generation, and management of customer relationships.
This role is well-suited for a professional with a strong interest in administration, customer service, and business development who is eager to build a career within the financial services industry.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Basic understanding of the insurance or financial services industry.
1–2 years of relevant experience in administration, customer service, insurance, or financial services roles.
Proficiency in computer applications and AI-based productivity tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organizational skills with good attention to record management.
Ability to prepare clear, professional reports and business correspondence.
Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented.
