Position Overview
Trainingcred Institute is looking for a dependable, well-organized, and proactive Office Assistant to provide support for daily administrative and operational activities. The role involves helping maintain a professional, safe, and well-kept working environment, assisting with office logistics and hospitality services, and contributing to the efficient functioning of workplace operations while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Office Upkeep and Facility Support
Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks to ensure the office remains clean, organized, and conducive to a productive work environment.
Maintain the cleanliness of workstations, common areas, and office facilities through regular tidying, waste removal, and sanitization of frequently touched surfaces.
Conduct scheduled deep-cleaning activities in shared spaces such as meeting rooms, offices, kitchen facilities, restrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
Monitor the availability of cleaning products and office consumables, notifying the relevant personnel when replenishment is required.
Ensure waste is collected, segregated, and disposed of appropriately in accordance with workplace hygiene and environmental standards.
Support efforts to maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional office atmosphere for staff, visitors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Secondary school education certificate or an equivalent academic qualification.
A minimum of one year of practical experience in office assistance, facilities support, cleaning services, maintenance, or a similar operational role.
Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively use cleaning tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
Additional training or certification in occupational safety, facilities management, workplace health and safety, OSHA standards, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with effective time-management abilities.
Proven dependability, integrity, professionalism, and a keen eye for detail in carrying out assigned duties.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, follow established procedures and instructions accurately, and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
