KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop national sales & distribution strategy Recruit, lead and manage regional sales teams.
Build pharmacy, chemist, wholesaler & distributor relationships.
Drive product listing, market penetration & sales growth.
Set targets, monitor KPIs & territory performance.
THE ROLE
Duty Station Nairobi (Nationwide Travel) Lead the nationwide expansion of our Apitherapy product portfolio by building and managing a strong pharmaceutical sales & distribution network across Kenya.
Monitor market trends, competition & new opportunities
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technlology, Life Science, Sales, Marketing, Business or related field. 5-7 years' pharmaceutical/OTC/healthcare sales experience.
3+ year sales leadership/supervisory experience.
Proven team leadership & revenue growth.
Pharmacy/distributor relationships an advantage. Strong leadership, negotiation & analytical skills.
CRM and sales reporting proficiency.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
A commercially driven pharmaceutical sales professional with a proven track record in building distribution networks, leading teams and delivering growth
