About the Role

Zuri Health is looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and customer-oriented Brand Ambassadors to promote Zuri Express and Health360 throughout Kenya.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the main representative of our services in the field, interacting directly with customers and helping to grow subscriptions through community health events.This role is perfect for people who enjoy meeting others, are at ease working outdoors and in community settings, and are driven by achieving goals and earning rewards based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Community Activations

- Carry out health events at universities, markets, workplaces, boda boda stops, malls, and other approved community locations.


Customer Onboarding

- Make sure every customer receives and confirms their WhatsApp welcome message before ending the conversation.


Reporting & Compliance

- Submit daily activity reports by 6:00 PM.

- Follow the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 during all customer interactions.

- Keep customer health and personal information private.


Brand Representation

- Wear the assigned branded clothing at all times while working.

- Stay professional and follow company guidelines.


Device Management

- Handle assigned tablets properly and follow device usage rules and MDM policies.


Customer Service

- Answer customer questions in a professional manner.

- Quickly report customer complaints and technical issues.


Referral Promotion

- Encourage participation in the "Refer 3, Get 1 Free" program for each customer you activate.


Required Qualifications

- At least 18 years of age.

- KCSE Certificate (completed Form Four).

- Legal permission to work in Kenya.

- Good command of English and Kiswahili.

- Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.

- Active personal M-Pesa account.

- No criminal record.

- Confident in approaching and interacting with the public.


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in sales, customer service, field marketing, or community outreach.

- Strong connections within the assigned city or community.

- Interest in health, wellness, and preventive care.

- Confident in dealing with rejection and meeting daily targets.

- Excellent communication and people skills.
