Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Product Management.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong ability to manage product backlogs and coordinate sprint activities.
Good knowledge of product development processes and user experience (UX).
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar product management tools.

Responsibilities

Assist with product strategy, planning, and execution of the product roadmap.
Translate product needs into clear requirements and user stories.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and support sprint planning activities.
Coordinate with development teams and monitor progress toward product delivery.
Collaborate with designers to develop user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and product release processes.
Collect customer feedback and use it to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
Track feature development and ensure product requirements are clearly understood and communicated to relevant teams.
