Key Responsibilities

• Assist with budget monitoring and tracking project expenditures.

• Coordinate the collection of invoices and maintain financial records.

• Support recruitment activities and consultant administration processes.

• Contribute to the preparation of operational updates and donor reports.

• Maintain accurate and well-organised reporting and compliance documentation.

• Support knowledge management, documentation, and internal learning initiatives.

• Assist in improving project coordination processes and operational systems.

• Promote continuous learning and information sharing across programme teams.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in project coordination, programme support, operations, or a related role.

• Experience supporting multi-country projects or programmes, ideally within migration, international development, humanitarian, communications, or social impact sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities independently and ensure timely follow-up in a dynamic remote working environment.

• Experience working with field teams, consultants, and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.

• Familiarity with operational functions such as logistics, procurement, recruitment support, financial administration, and reporting.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, travel arrangements, stakeholder engagements, and project logistics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
