Salary: KSh 30,000 - KSh 50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage potential property buyers through different sales and marketing channels.

• Provide prospective clients with accurate and professional information about available real estate projects.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the property sales process.

• Negotiate with buyers and finalize property transactions while working toward monthly sales targets.

• Deliver quality customer service before, during, and after each sale.

• Keep accurate records of leads, client communications, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience within the real estate industry.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service capabilities.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and committed to meeting sales objectives.
