Main purpose / objective of the position:
To welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors, and to answer the switchboard in a way that shows the office in a good light.
This role also includes doing general administrative tasks to support the team.The person will make sure the reception area looks professional and presents the company in a positive way.They will greet visitors in a friendly, pleasant, and polite manner.They will also guide customers to the right people or departments and solve any questions they have quickly.
Experience / Education:
Grade 12 Senior Certificate
Knowledge & Skills:
Computer literate
Switchboard experience
Good verbal and communication skills
Strong telephone skills
