Role Overview

Join the team responsible for maintaining accurate and regulator-ready third-party and supplier data used to support regulatory submissions.
Handle the day-to-day management of supplier, contract, and Statement of Work (SoW) information, ensuring records remain accurate, complete, current, and fully traceable.
Coordinate with business partners and relevant stakeholders to gather, validate, and maintain required information.
Work closely with Procurement and Third-Party Management, Technology, Risk and Compliance, Legal, and business vendor owners to ensure consistent and reliable data management.
Maintain strong follow-through on outstanding information and help bring structure and clarity to complex supplier and contractual records.
Support a disciplined and well-organized approach to third-party data management, with a strong focus on accuracy, documentation, and regulatory readiness.

Ideal Candidate

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to managing information.
Comfortable working with large volumes of supplier, contract, and related records.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
Able to identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent information and ensure issues are followed through to resolution.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment involving Procurement, Technology, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
