The Relationship Manager is responsible for helping the company grow in a sustainable way by bringing in new clients, increasing the amount of money managed (AUM), building stronger connections with clients, and providing excellent service.
This role involves creating and maintaining long-term relationships with individuals, businesses, institutions, and other intermediaries.The manager will look for chances to improve current relationships, keep clients loyal, and promote the company's investment options.The Relationship Manager acts as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' financial goals, suggesting the right investment products, working with internal teams to deliver services, and ensuring that any client issues are resolved quickly.This role also supports the company's overall goals for growth.

Academic Background & Relevant Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Having professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (CISI) is a plus.

At least 5 to 7 years of experience in financial services, sales coordination, or relationship management.

The candidate should already have connections with clients that match Jubilee's target profile.

Previous experience working with banks or distribution networks is also an added advantage.
