Familiarize yourself with the study protocol and ensure that all research activities comply with approved ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Develop a thorough understanding of the study objectives and methodology to support effective implementation of research activities.
Implement study standard operating procedures (SOPs), including community and health facility engagement, participant information sessions, informed consent processes, and site activation activities.
Recruit eligible study participants and coordinate their follow-up throughout the research period.
Collect research data accurately and ensure timely entry of information into the designated data management systems.
Maintain detailed and organized records of study procedures, observations, and findings to support data integrity and research transparency.
Provide regular updates and feedback on field activities to the study coordinator and the wider research team.
Respond promptly to data queries and resolve discrepancies to maintain the quality of study data.
Support routine data verification, quality assurance, and data management activities.
Perform any other research-related duties assigned by the supervisor that are consistent with the responsibilities of the position.

Applicants should possess one of the following qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Social Sciences, or another relevant field from a recognized institution, together with experience in clinical research; or
A diploma in a health-related profession with demonstrated experience in the prevention and management of infectious diseases such as HIV and tuberculosis, or non-communicable diseases (NCDs).

In addition, candidates should have:

Practical experience in research activities, including participant recruitment, data collection, and data management.
