Project Mobility and Coordination Officer
Job Purpose
The position will coordinate staff, student and partner mobility activities while supporting the implementation of other project-related tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate field studies, capacity-building activities, lectures, joint curriculum development sessions, workshops, research seminars and orientation programmes involving students, staff and project partners.
Contribute to the creation of knowledge materials such as policy briefs, newsletters and digital content, as well as joint dissemination activities with project partners, including local exhibitions and international toolkits or guidelines.
Support the preparation of quarterly and annual project progress reports.
Document relevant local and international case studies, successful practices and lessons learned for project reporting and knowledge sharing.
Strengthen the visibility of the PEARLS project by supporting effective communication and outreach through different media platforms.
Assist with project monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities.
Undertake any other duties related to the project as assigned.
Job Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design or Urban Planning from a university recognized by the University of Nairobi Senate.
Demonstrated experience in managing or coordinating research projects.
