About this role
Our client, a resort in Ruiru, seeks an experienced Supervisor to coordinate daily operations, supervise staff and ensure excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily resort operations and service delivery.
Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance, grooming and performance.
Ensure prompt, courteous and professional guest service.
Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
Coordinate kitchen, service, housekeeping and other teams.
Monitor stock usage and report shortages, losses and maintenance needs.
Prepare daily operational reports and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Requirements
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field.
At least 3 years’ hospitality experience, including staff supervision.
Events management experience
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and guest relations.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
High integrity and attention to detail.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
