Revenue Manager
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute revenue management strategies aimed at maximising overall business performance.
Monitor market trends, analyse performance indicators, and provide practical insights to support business decisions.
Oversee pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure all revenue management activities comply with corporate policies, procedures, and required service standards.
Qualifications and Skills
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Management, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to handle competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-moving hospitality environment.
