Retail Sales Associate
About the Role
OVS is expanding its retail presence in Dubai, bringing its fashion collections closer to customers. The Retail Sales Associate will contribute to delivering excellent in-store service while supporting sales performance and overall store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure shoppers have a positive and memorable experience.
Meet individual and store sales targets through effective product presentation, selling techniques, and tailored recommendations.
Accurately process customer purchases and payments using the POS system.
Work closely with colleagues to support store objectives and achieve business targets.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within fashion or lifestyle retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Genuine interest in fashion, sales, and customer service.
Positive, energetic, and collaborative approach to work.
Willingness to work flexible retail shifts.
