Retail Sales Associate
About the Role
OVS is expanding its retail presence in Dubai, bringing its fashion collections to customers in the UAE. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales performance, and contributing to the smooth running of the store.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and create enjoyable, memorable shopping experiences.
Meet individual and store sales targets through effective selling and suitable product recommendations.
Process customer purchases and transactions accurately through the POS system.
Work effectively with the wider store team to achieve sales and business objectives.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion, sales, and delivering quality customer service.
Positive attitude with a strong team-focused approach.
Ability to work flexible retail shifts.
OVS is seeking individuals who are passionate about fashion and enjoy creating excellent experiences for customers.
