Welcome customers warmly and provide courteous, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
Offer accurate product information and guide customers in selecting products that best meet their needs.
Drive sales by promoting products, recommending complementary items, and applying effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Accurately process customer purchases using cash, card, and mobile payment methods.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment, ensuring products are well displayed.
Protect company inventory by following proper stock handling procedures and minimizing losses.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently while ensuring accurate cash management, reconciliation, and daily banking procedures.
Maintain up-to-date sales records and prepare routine sales reports as required.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly, professionally, and in line with company service standards.
Adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, safety requirements, and security guidelines.

Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related business discipline.
A minimum of two years of experience in a retail sales or customer service environment.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High standards of integrity, honesty, and accountability, particularly when handling cash transactions and inventory.
Professional appearance with a friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Willingness and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
