Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive who can help grow our corporate sales by finding new business, managing important accounts, and increasing revenue.
The right person will find new business chances, build lasting relationships with clients, and meet sales goals while showcasing our products.
Key Responsibilities
Find, approach, and get new corporate and institutional customers.
Build and keep strong relationships with current B2B clients to encourage them to buy again.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Create and give effective sales presentations and product showings.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and tender documents.
Visit clients regularly to understand their needs and find new sales chances.
Work with other departments to make sure orders are processed and delivered on time.
Check on customer satisfaction and quickly fix any problems or complaints.
Keep track of sales activities, update the customer database, and submit regular sales reports.
Watch market trends, what competitors are doing, and customer feedback to find new growth chances.
Take part in trade shows, networking events, and business meetings to get new leads.
Ensure payments are collected on time from customers, working with the finance team.
Promote new products, seasonal deals, and marketing campaigns to corporate clients.
Qualifications & Experience
A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or key account management.
Experience in retail, FMCG, fashion, footwear, cosmetics, or distribution is a plus.
A proven history of meeting or beating sales targets.
Experience in tendering and contract sales is a plus.
