1. Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing corporate accounts, government institutions, county governments, SACCOs, project clients, and tender-based business opportunities. The role focuses on increasing sales revenue, expanding market share, building long-term client relationships, and promoting the organization's home appliances and consumer electronics portfolio.
The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions. The position requires strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to consistently achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets.
2. Key Duties and Responsibilities
2.1 Sales and Business Development
The successful candidate will:
Identify and develop new corporate clients and project business opportunities.
Expand business within government institutions, county governments, SACCOs, and other key market segments.
Develop new sales channels and strategic partnerships.
Generate qualified sales leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Increase market share within assigned territories and customer segments.
Develop strategic account plans for key clients.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
2.2 Government, Tender, and Public Procurement Management
The Corporate Sales Executive will:
Monitor government procurement portals and tender opportunities.
Identify suitable tender opportunities that align with company products.
Coordinate supplier registration and prequalification processes.
Prepare accurate and compliant tender documentation.
Submit tender applications within specified deadlines.
Build relationships with procurement officers and tender committees.

2.3 Client Relationship Management
The employee will:

The Corporate Sales Executive will:
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

2.9 Cross-Functional Collaboration
The employee will:

3. Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Professional training in Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
4. Work Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in corporate sales or business development.
Proven experience selling home appliances, consumer electronics, or related products.
Experience managing corporate accounts and key client relationships.
Experience participating in government tenders and procurement processes.
Practical experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working with government institutions, county governments, SACCOs, and corporate organizations will be an added advantage.
An existing corporate client network within the region will be an added advantage.
