Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• At least two years of experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role.

• Previous experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) field sales will be considered an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

• Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment where earnings are linked to results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate new customer leads through proactive sales initiatives.

• Engage potential customers through field sales activities and effectively present the organization's products or services.

• Convert qualified prospects into customers by successfully negotiating and closing sales.

• Coordinate and support the installation or onboarding process to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Consistently achieve weekly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
