JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team.
The right person will be key in boosting sales by reaching out to potential and current customers via phone calls.Your role will involve explaining our products and services, answering customer questions, and managing relationships to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.We need someone with strong communication abilities, a genuine interest in sales, and the skill to professionally handle customer issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outgoing calls to existing and potential customers to boost sales.
- Share clear and correct information about our products and services to interested customers.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and adjust sales pitches accordingly.
- Keep customer details up to date in the Tally ERP system.
- Handle customer orders quickly and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience to maintain our company's reputation.
- Meet or beat sales targets through active effort and upselling.
- Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
- Help achieve long-term sales growth and build customer loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or Customer Service.
- Engineering background with a passion for sales is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- A track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals over the phone.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP or similar ERP and CRM software.
- Quick to learn new product details and communicate their features and benefits effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional, even when dealing with rejection or challenging customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
