We are seeking to hire a Medical Representative for our client in the pharmaceutical industry.The role involves promoting the company’s range of medical and prescription products to various healthcare professionals such as General Practitioners (GPs), Hospital Doctors, Pharmacists, and Nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing: The Medical Representative will work to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to both current and potential customers, meet sales goals, monitor performance, and understand customer needs.

Service Excellence: It is important to keep up-to-date with clinical data, industry trends, and developments in the health sector to have informed conversations with customers and adjust strategies accordingly.

Customer Service: This includes visiting customers as scheduled, managing accounts, placing orders, assisting with payments, and resolving any customer complaints in a professional manner.

Reporting: Regularly submit sales and market reports, including daily call logs, weekly plans, and monthly summaries.

Adaptability & Support: The role requires showing initiative and being flexible, embracing changes, and being ready to take on extra responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications & Experience:

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field is required.
A diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related area is an advantage.Prior experience in pharmaceutical product marketing is preferred.At least 1 to 3 years of field medical sales experience in the healthcare industry is necessary.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.
