Job Description
The role is responsible for overseeing the marketing, sales, and distribution of the company's products and services within an assigned regional territory. The position focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing effective sales strategies, managing available sales resources efficiently, and implementing action plans that align with the company's overall business, marketing, and sales goals. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Attain the targeted strike rate for all assigned Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs).
Meet or exceed sales volume and market coverage goals for the designated Field Sales Representatives (FSRs).
Ensure assigned stockists maintain adequate inventory levels of all required SKUs and consistently replenish stock on a monthly basis.
Drive performance in assigned outlets to achieve a minimum On-Shelf Availability (OSA) rate of 80%.
Monitor sales activities and implement corrective measures where necessary to achieve set targets.
Job Requirements
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a sales-related role, preferably within the FMCG, consumer goods, or office products sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Proven ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships with wholesalers, distributors, franchise operators, and retail partners.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities.
Effective negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills.
Ability to identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Excellent presentation and customer engagement skills.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and build productive partnerships without relying solely on formal authority.
Effective time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
Ability to mentor, coach, and support team members to improve performance and achieve results.
Team-oriented mindset with the confidence and initiative to lead by example.
