Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess:

Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to consistently achieve or exceed performance targets, particularly in insurance sales.
Good understanding of insurance products, insurance brokerage operations, and industry practices.
Willingness to work under a commission-based compensation structure.
Excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to establish trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by effective interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment by managing responsibilities across both office and remote settings.
Basic proficiency in digital applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems used for managing leads, insurance policies, and client records.
Professional certification or training in Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field will be considered an added advantage.
Previous experience in insurance sales or the broader financial services sector is desirable but not mandatory.
