Qualifications – Bicycle Sales Representatives

What We're Looking For – Kibera, Kiambu, Kisumu, Migori

At least 24 years of age.
Minimum of three years' riding experience with a valid driving licence.
KCSE certificate.
Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or at least two years of experience as a Field Sales Representative (FSR) or Merchandiser.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently, clearly, and persuasively.
Well-groomed, positive, adaptable, and flexible regarding work schedules and locations.
Strong sales and marketing capabilities.
Friendly, dependable, disciplined, and demonstrates a high level of integrity.
Comfortable using technology and focused on achieving results.
Ability to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least two years of experience in sales or supervising field sales teams.
Experience within the FMCG or General Trade sector will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure while meeting sales targets.
Proficiency in basic reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel and mobile applications.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Good understanding of local market dynamics.
