About this role
Are you a hospitality sales professional with a strong understanding of MICE and corporate business development?
Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our client, is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth by securing corporate accounts and promoting hotel accommodation, conference facilities, meeting packages, catering, and banqueting services.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in hotel sales and marketing.
Demonstrable experience in MICE and corporate sales.
A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
