Job Purpose
To find, grow, and turn business opportunities into income by getting new customers, looking after customer relationships, making quotes and handling tenders, supporting project sales, and making sure sales and business development activities are carried out well to reach departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
Find and work on new business chances in target markets and industries.
Get good leads and turn them into sales chances.
Build and keep relationships with potential and current customers.
Do market research and customer prospecting.
Help with entering new markets and expanding business.
Join customer visits, presentations, and business meetings.
Look for partnership and strategic alliance chances.
Revenue Generation & Sales Growth
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Grow revenue by getting new customers and developing accounts.
Promote company products, services, and workspace solutions.
Find chances to sell more or upsell.
Help carry out sales strategies set by the department.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Visit customers regularly and follow up.
Help with keeping customers and making them loyal.
Bring back inactive customers.
Answer customer questions and handle issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick response.
Qualifications & Experience
Academic Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Economics, Interior Design, Procurement, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Professional Qualifications
A professional certification in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Business Development, or Project Management is an advantage.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Service, or a similar commercial role.
Experience in B2B sales, tender management, project sales, or workspace solutions is an advantage.
Experience working with Government, NGO, Corporate, Banking, Healthcare, Education, or Real Estate sectors is preferred.
Technical Competencies
Business development and lead generation.
Tender and quotation management.

CRM systems and database management.
Sales reporting and pipeline management.
Project sales coordination.
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Market research and opportunity finding.
