Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the organization's comprehensive security framework, policies, and procedures.

• Direct and coordinate initiatives related to physical security and the protection of sensitive information.

• Evaluate potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop measures to minimize organizational risk.

• Manage security incidents, investigations, emergency responses, and business continuity efforts.

• Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and recognized security best practices.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, senior leadership, clients, and visitors.

• Supervise access control systems and regulate entry to company facilities.

• Protect organizational resources, infrastructure, confidential data, and intellectual assets.

• Develop and enforce security guidelines for healthcare, wellness, and community outreach programs.

• Coordinate residential security arrangements that support employee safety and wellbeing.

• Provide executive protection services and security oversight for the Chief Executive Officer.

• Conduct periodic security reviews, vulnerability assessments, audits, and testing activities.

• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Security Management, or a related discipline.

• At least ten years of progressive experience in security operations, including leadership and management responsibilities.

• Extensive understanding of risk assessment methodologies, security governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Demonstrated experience overseeing security functions within a large or complex organization.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven track record of making sound decisions and effectively managing security emergencies and crisis situations.
