Position Overview
ABM is looking for a commercially minded Senior Finance Analyst to strengthen its Finance team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support financial planning and analysis activities across the company’s retail, wholesale, and e-commerce operations.
The role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, performance monitoring, and financial analysis. Working closely with different departments, the Senior Finance Analyst will turn financial data into practical insights, highlight business risks and opportunities, support management decisions, and contribute to improved financial performance and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare and manage annual budgets, monthly budgets, and rolling forecasts covering different brands, stores, and business channels.
Monitor actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and previous-year results while highlighting significant risks and opportunities.
Produce monthly profit and loss analysis across channels, brands, and individual stores, including detailed variance reviews.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards that monitor sales, margins, operating expenses, inventory, and other key business indicators.
Deliver financial insights, forecasts, and scenario analysis to assist management with business planning and strategic decisions.
Management Reporting & Business Support
Develop monthly management reports and presentation materials for leadership meetings and business performance reviews.
Partner with the accounting team during month-end closing activities, including accrual reviews and financial analysis.
Assist with financial feasibility assessments for new stores, lease renewals, and potential investments.
Conduct additional financial analysis and provide decision-making support whenever required by management.
Systems & Process Improvement
Enhance financial models and streamline recurring reporting through tools such as Excel, Power BI, and AI-based solutions.
Support improvements to ERP and business intelligence systems while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial master data.
Establish and maintain clear documentation for financial and reporting procedures to promote consistency, efficiency, and audit readiness.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
CIMA, ACCA, CA, or CFA qualification, whether fully or partially completed, is an advantage.
5–8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or commercial finance, ideally including 2–3 years in the retail sector.
Experience working within multi-store, multi-channel, or franchise operations is preferred.
Previous GCC experience is highly desirable.
Advanced Excel capabilities and strong PowerPoint skills.
Knowledge of Power BI or comparable business intelligence platforms is an advantage.
Practical experience using Microsoft Dynamics or another major ERP platform.
Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent presentation and communication skills combined with sound commercial understanding.
Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with teams across the business.
