Roles and Responsibilities

As a Service Intern, you'll work with experienced Service Technicians and Engineers to support the daily operations of the workshop and field service.


Your responsibilities will include:

- Helping with preventive maintenance on electric buses.

- Supporting regular vehicle inspections and servicing tasks.

- Learning and performing basic mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks under supervision.

- Assisting with cleaning, inspecting, and securing electrical connectors and components.

- Supporting coolant level checks, tyre inspections, and general vehicle health checks.

- Observing and helping during diagnostic and repair activities.

- Learning how to safely handle EV systems and workshop equipment.

- Helping to document maintenance activities and service reports.

- Keeping the workshop clean and following 5S standards.

- Following all BasiGo safety procedures, especially those related to High Voltage (HV) systems.

- Participating in continuous learning sessions, toolbox talks, and technical training.

- Doing any other tasks assigned to support service operations.
