KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide helpful and professional service to customers, and share information about products and promotions
Set up and run in-store promotions and events to boost sales
Process M-Pesa and card payments correctly using the POS system
Receive delivered stock, track inventory levels, and order more when needed
Keep detailed records of sales and create regular sales reports

SKILLS & QUALITIES:
Experience in retail or customer service is preferred
Good communication and people skills, and the ability to work reliably and independently
Familiar with POS systems and basic sales reporting
Open to working weekends and shifts as needed
