Key Responsibilities
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems by identifying root causes within the application's codebase.
Develop, test, and deploy production-ready software enhancements and bug fixes using Python (Flask) and PostgreSQL.
Contribute to platform improvements that enhance system reliability, performance, and the overall customer experience.
Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks to minimize software defects and prevent regressions.
Support continuous quality assurance initiatives by improving testing processes and ensuring stable software releases.
Collaborate with engineering teams to promote coding standards, technical best practices, and knowledge sharing across distributed teams.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess:
Two to three years of professional experience in software engineering, product development, or technical support, preferably within a fast-paced startup or technology-driven environment.
Working knowledge of Python (Flask) and PostgreSQL, with the ability to troubleshoot application code and backend systems.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS), or a willingness to develop expertise in cloud-based technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across diverse teams and regions.
