Software Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to design, develop, implement, and maintain software solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of producing reliable, high-quality software that meets technical specifications and established coding standards. The role requires strong programming abilities, attention to software quality, and the ability to document and maintain developed solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete software development lifecycle from development through implementation.
Write clean, efficient, well-structured, and testable code.
Develop software specifications and assess the operational feasibility of proposed solutions.
Combine individual software components to create complete and functional systems.
Develop software testing plans and support quality assurance processes.
Maintain accurate documentation of software functionality and updates.
Adapt and implement software development tools, processes, and performance metrics.
Provide technical expertise and serve as a subject matter expert when required.
Ensure software projects are delivered in accordance with project plans, technical requirements, and industry standards.
Requirements
Demonstrated professional experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.
Practical experience designing and developing interactive applications.
Proficiency in C, C++, C#, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies such as JPA2 and Hibernate.
Experience developing web applications using at least one established web framework, including JSF, Wicket, GWT, or Spring MVC.
Experience applying test-driven development practices.
Strong command of software engineering tools and development practices.
Ability to prepare and maintain technical requirements and specifications.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and software release processes.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
