About the Organisation
The employer operates within the Education sector and is seeking an experienced professional to lead its talent acquisition function.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organisation’s workforce requirements.
Oversee the complete recruitment process, from identifying and sourcing candidates through selection and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide professional recruitment guidance.
Select and maximise suitable recruitment channels to attract qualified and high-potential candidates.
Ensure candidates receive a professional and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Monitor recruitment performance through relevant metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment legislation and internal policies.
Establish and maintain productive relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the Education sector or a comparable industry.
Strong knowledge of modern recruitment practices and applicable employment regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments while prioritising competing demands.
Proficiency in recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and related technology.
Fluency in both Arabic and English.
