Consistently apply appropriate rewards and disciplinary measures for student behavior while modeling exemplary conduct for students to follow.
Achieve and maintain the high-performance standards expected within a fast-growing organization.
Serve as a teacher on duty and/or boarding teacher on duty, supporting school-wide behavior management and intervention programs.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of student academic data and effectively communicate student progress to Nova Pioneer families and other relevant stakeholders when required.
Support extracurricular activities, including clubs, societies, and co-curricular programs, to promote the holistic development of students.
Act as a homeroom teacher when assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

TSC certification together with a relevant Degree in Education specializing in Physics.
Minimum of three years’ teaching experience in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Adaptable and open-minded, with the ability to thrive in changing, complex, and uncertain environments.
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
Alignment with the organization’s culture, including openness to continuous feedback, collaboration, and personal growth.
