Oversee the daily activities of WMS/ODS data clerks, material handlers, palletizing warehouse personnel, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operators within the ODS and palletizing areas.
Support manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are issued accurately and in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Work closely with production teams to verify the accurate receipt, recording, and system posting of finished goods while maintaining compliance with operational guidelines and procedures.
Conduct routine hourly inspections of production modules to monitor Kanban replenishment levels and ensure timely material availability.
Capture and communicate critical operational information, including Kanban stock status, production schedules, and other relevant updates during the scheduled three-hourly SIC meetings.
Promote efficient material flow and inventory accuracy to support uninterrupted production and warehouse operations.

Ensure all ODS documentation records are maintained accurately and updated in real time.

Other Duties

Profile

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is required.
Training in Microsoft Office and other relevant industry courses is an added advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or a related field.
