Job Summary:

The Team Lead is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of collection agents to achieve performance targets while maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role involves monitoring team performance, providing coaching and support, ensuring adherence to collection policies, and driving continuous improvement within the collections department.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge in MS and Data analysis.

• A background in debt collection is required.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities (both verbal and written).

• Have problem-solving abilities and apply a result-oriented approach.

• Excellent Organizational and leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. RESPONSIBILITIES:
