Key Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance records, job cards, and equipment documentation.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.

• Diagnose equipment faults, support repair activities, and ensure operational readiness of machinery and equipment.

• Monitor equipment utilization, operational performance, and compliance with safety standards.

• Coordinate permits, approvals, and statutory inspection requirements.

• Prepare weekly reports on asset utilization, maintenance activities, and work progress.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Plant Option) or a related field.

• Government Trade Test in Engineering.

• Valid Driver’s License.

• Minimum of 5–6 years’ experience in heavy plant maintenance and repair.

Competencies and Skills

• Knowledge of machine diagnostic software.

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in modern maintenance technologies and digital systems.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Leadership and team management capabilities.
