iSON Xperiences Kenya Ltd is seeking motivated, results-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as telesales Agent. The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging potential and existing customers, promoting products and services, generating leads and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Make inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote and sell the company's products and services.
Identify sales opportunities, generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up on leads and prospective customers to maximise sales conversions.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Respond to customer enquiries, address concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the relevant systems.
Provide regular sales performance updates and reports.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards and customer service procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from a recognised institution, as required for this recruitment.
Previous experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing or customer acquisition is highly preferred.
Candidates with relevant call centre or customer service experience will also be considered.
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and the ability to use customer management systems.
Good problem-solving skills and a professional approach to customer interactions.
