Respond to client inquiries and manage reservations, travel bookings, itineraries, and payment communications through WhatsApp, email, and telephone.
Design and prepare customized safari itineraries that meet clients' travel preferences, interests, and budget requirements.
Generate client invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up to ensure timely settlement.
Gather customer feedback after travel, address concerns promptly, and deliver an outstanding end-to-end customer experience.
Keep clients informed of any itinerary adjustments, booking updates, or travel changes before departure and throughout their journey.
Support business development initiatives by contributing towards the achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets.

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Travel Operations, or a related field.
Excellent written and spoken proficiency in the required language.
A minimum of two years of experience within the travel and tourism industry, preferably in tour consulting, travel planning, or hotel operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Demonstrated experience marketing and selling travel packages to South Africa and other Southern African destinations, including Botswana and Namibia.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Flexible and willing to work outside normal business hours whenever operational requirements demand.
