Key Responsibilities
Transport Coordination:
Work with the Transport Coordinator and Senior Distribution Coordinator to plan Transporter seminars annually, as well as Quarterly Best Driver and Quality Cycle Meetings.
These meetings are to discuss transport-related issues and review the KPIs of transporters.
Coordinate the creation of new trucks in SAP to ensure only approved trucks are part of the contracted fleet.
This involves collecting all necessary documents from transporters before adding the truck to the fleet.
Manage the transport database to keep it updated with the latest information on licenses, PATROM inspections, and standards using the Track & Trace system.
Prepare monthly analysis reports on STL Rejections, Product Losses, Fleet Performance, and Age for the Monthly Transport Business Review (BR) meetings.
Raise Purchase Requisitions for Distribution Section services and process and approve invoices in DMS.
Create Transporter Debit or Credit notes for all product recoveries.
Ensure that all Distribution Procedures are updated and uploaded in OneReferential.
Support the Senior Distribution Coordinator in generating SAP Prebilling reports for month-end and assist in Finance period closure.
Coordinate and schedule KPI meetings for all transport stakeholders and contractors, including Transporter, AAK, Technobrain, Mix telematics, and Controltec.


Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Science, or Commerce with strong computer and statistics skills, as well as good presentation and reporting abilities.
At least 2 years of experience in operations and logistics.
Must have strong numerical and analytical skills.
Should be a team player, capable of leading, self-motivated, and have a high level of integrity.
